The part you never have to build.
submitted and reported sits an agency: 20++ specialists, an in-house studio and a service desk. This page is what they do with an order, so you can tell a merchant what they are buying.Six days from order to live, on the services that allow it
Not every service can move at that speed. A shoot needs a date, a WhatsApp number needs verification, SEO needs a quarter to mean anything. The catalogue tells the merchant the real window before they buy, and MGP holds the team to it.
- Hour 0–4
Intake
The order arrives with the merchant's category, geography, budget and whatever the catalogue item asked for. A strategist picks it up: a person, with a name your account manager knows.
- Day 1–2
Casting and setup
Creators are shortlisted from the roster, or audiences and catalogues are built from your feed, or WhatsApp templates are pulled from the pre-cleared library. Whichever the service needs.
- Day 2–6
Production
The studio shoots, designs, writes and edits. Regional language versions are produced in the same pass, not bolted on afterwards.
- One touch
Merchant approval
The order moves to awaiting_merchant. The merchant sees drafts in your product, comments or approves, and that is the only moment their attention is required.
- Weekly
Launch and optimisation
Campaigns go live. Performance is worked weekly by the team that built it: creative rotation, audience pruning, bid changes, template tuning.
- Month close
Report
Spend, results and POS-matched attribution close into one report per merchant, delivered in-product, as a PDF, and on the reporting API.
Your support desk should never learn what a lookalike audience is
Marketing questions route to Cocomo’s service department, not to your team. A merchant asking why their reel underperformed gets an answer from the person who briefed it, inside your product, under your brand if you want it that way.
- First response
- Within one working day, in the merchant's language.
- Escalation
- Named account manager per platform, not a shared inbox.
- Creative revisions
- Two rounds included on every produced asset.
- Platform issues
- Policy rejections and account problems worked directly with Meta and Google under partner support.
Attribution a shopkeeper will actually believe
Platform-reported conversions do not survive a conversation with a merchant who counted the till. So the report resolves against transactions in your system: a code redeemed, a phone number matched, a visit inside the campaign window. Reach and impressions are still there, underneath, where they belong.
